Focused on the concept of providing best value to our clients, BTAC was founded in 2017 by four key industry professionals to better serve government and private sector clientele. BTAC highlights the highest quality Engineering, Environmental and Construction Management personnel to form a collaborative firm servicing government departments and agencies, commercial lending institutions, property managers and real estate owners on a nationwide basis.

BTACs goal is to provide our clients with high quality Engineering, Environmental and Construction Management services that actually enhance value of projects and investments. BTAC offers a diverse, integrated range of services to our clients, Engineering Facility Assessments, Phase I & II Environmental Assessments (ESA), Environmental Remediation and Construction Monitoring.

BTACs key personnel have completed a multitude of projects under various federal and private sector program guidelines including EPA, USACE, MDOT, ASTM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Federal Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and client specific guidelines.
